I've been getting air conditioning problems recently and the car is blowing hot air constantly and all the vents are closed. What should I check to fix this problem

do you know if you have leak or not in the ac system?
do you know how much refrigerant is in your car.
don't quote me, but it should be 1.3lbs, anything more or less and you will have problems.

I had 2.5 lbs in mine, cause I kept adding more.
went to a shop, they sucked it all out, and then added just the right amount, and all was fixed.
PS: I was blowing hot air only, but did not scan to get the codes.
