Bmw key not syncing
Well I tried to get a spare key for my 2015 435i and it is saying incorrect key when I hold it up to the steering column anyone have any ideas I made sure it was 434hz thats what my other key says when I take the glove box key off.

where did you get the key from? was it programmed to your vin/vehicle? or did you get something off the internet and not a dealer?

Yeah, I had to bring my registration (proof of ownership) with the VIN to my dealer parts department and they ordered me a key. I skipped their "programming" and synced it myself.

I got a new genuine HUF remote and was unable to teach it in using ISTA +. I went through the process, but it fails. ISTA Says I might be able to do it manually, but I am afraid I am stuck buying the key from Bimmertech or the dealer at $500+
