Maybe through your antenna and the upper brake light panel? If you mean 'on the seat.'

Another possibility might be from the rear sunroof drain down the c-pillar somehow.

If you need to tear apart anything newtis.info is too helpful!

BTW, had you had any work done on the roof...like a wrap or something where they'd removed the sharkfin?

Check seal around sunroof, those were known to go bad before...probably due to dry rot, if your car is kept outside a lot. Salt degrades the seal too...

Maybe you should check your A/C evacuator drain, it might have gotten clogged. (there is AC right behind the armrest).
I hope it helps and you get this fixed asap, as if left unchecked, this issue could lead to rust / corrosion.
Please provide further details, such as where on the rear floor area, you've noticed water damage (if it's close to the sides, it could be damaged weatherstripping, if closer to the middle area, I'd have the A/C drain checked.

Garage List
Replaced the vapor barrier in my passenger doors, front and rear a few weeks ago due to a similar problem. Check the sunroof drain and the vapor barriers.
