Pretty sure with bimmercode you can just program the lock/unlock buttons to do it. But you have to have comfort access as part of a package

I can open mine by holding down the unlock button. It first lowers the windows, then opens the sunroof. I don't have CA and didn't have to code it to do so. I would guess that there are other options for what holding the button down does, it will say in the E-Sys cheat sheet or Bimmercode menu.

Just to clarify, by "open" do you mean unlock? Otherwise, there is no motor for the window to truly open without manual effort. For the unfamiliar, non-F31 (wagon) owners, the rear window does not slide up/down, but is hinged. I'd also be interested to know if this is possible, but doubtful.
