PWG: How to check vacuum function?

Hi

I cannot find any boost leaks so how do I validate correct vacuum operation? I suspect the pressure converter might be defect though it is not humming yet. Do you see any mistakes in below validation?

My problem is what I consider relatively high WGDC at this boost level.

F-series, PWG, Pure Stage2, ER IC and CP

PS: I could just replace the pressure converter, not that expensive. But I like to finde the reason instead of just mindlessly replacing parts
