Halogen to OEM LED on LCI

Anyone ever done this? I've got a 2017 and was wondering if it's possible to swap from halogens to OEM LEDs.

I thought all 2017 cars came with LEDs standard (at least for the N. American market). The base LED headlights just suck as far as I know.

They will be better than the halogens. Should be a direct swap with coding for the LED lights

I thought it was standard (my 2016 did). LED's are brutal for light in the F30 though. I didn't realize why others were complaining until my job changed, and I had to drive a rural road in the dark.

They look cool, but absolute trash for light output.

Sadly it's not standard. Anything has to be better than the halogens though.

Can you install the one headlight and compare at night? Not sure how much free time you have to check before getting the other one

Yea I could try but I'm not 100% sure if it's plug and play. The other one doesn't come for another week.
