Speedo coding not working

-So my speedo reads 3kph fast. Going 110kph is really 107kph.

-I was told many times, just code it out, so I tried but still the same.

-'analog' speedo is still 3kph fast, hud speedo 2kph fast, they use to match

-setting cruise runs off 'analog' so 110kph is 107 gps, 109 hud

-only changed BC_V_KORRECTER to not active

-what do I need to do to fix analog to hud speed, and better correct speedo vs gps? im using bimmercode, been trying to find the answer the last 3 days

- running stock tires

- I wish it was as easy as it is in my Ford to code.

There has to be a reason why this happens.
If you have already changed BC_V_KORREKTUR, it can only be due to the tires.
You are sure that it is the right size?
