So I forgot about Tranny S mode...

Turns the car into a whole new animal. Most forget about this mode, and I used to use it on my 2013, and it was fun. I forgot about this mode, but I'm setting it on every drive now.

Now in my 2017 F31, it's a game changer, way too much fun.

All you have to do is flip the shifter to the left and it should show what gear it's in. Crisp and instant shifts, compliments ecu Sport mode well.

Not really. Glad you re-discovered it!

Glad you were able to find it again but do remember this is an enthusiast board so quite a few people drive in Sport mode regularly. I myself have been manual shifting my 8AT car for some years that the seldom moments I accidentally nudge the car into Drive, I forget that it actually shifts itself.

Enjoy in safe measures of course.

Really though, I'm not sure how one can forget about this. I rarely drive without it lol

In comfort mode I have to use S tranny in town cuz the BM3 trans tune shifts up one gear too many and causes lugging.
