What symptoms do you have beyond the codes? It seems to be telling you you have a short in the front e module...and since the heating 'may' run through it, perhaps that's causing the invalid signal?
Just guesses. This may help at some point: https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/ and if you didn't know, realoem.com also Find your FEM and look for messed up wiring for starters...(maybe? Depends on where it's hiding)
