USB bad contact problem

Does anyone ever experience a bad contact on their USB? Every time I close the lid of the console box it disconnects , unable to play the music one it happened. I have to plug and unplug a few times to get it working by chance. My garage couldn't find the part number to replace the related parts.

Make a physical check.
If necessary, make a physical repair to the port.
Reboot Windows. upsers portal
Check the Device Manager, uninstall the USB Host Controller.
Disable USB Selective Suspend power saving option.

Uhh, he's talking about his car in a car forum, not a Windows Computer.

Lid and Garage are also keywords that give it away.

Maybe try a shorter jump drive? So the lid doesn't hit it?

That's right! My garage found the part number finally, no stock available, cost US$90 mail to Hong Kong. Sounds expensive!
