What leak is this?

Had a shop look at my car and they took this picture. Said it was a VCG leak. I was under the impression from videos and images it typically runs on the metal pan underneath towards the passenger side due to the angulation. The pic is from the passenger side of the engine.

Remove the engine cover yourself and take a better look along with pics.

Been there, done that, wrote some of the DIYs (years ago) and contributed to other DIYs.
