Need help bmw f30 2015!!

Hey,

I bough a 2015 BMW F30 328i Luxury Line from Copart on June and sent it to a guy and fixed it for me. it had no electrical problems and there was no lights in the dash. when I came to pick it up, the car's lights wasn't working. the problem was the fuse box so I replaced it with a used OEM fuse box. but my OBD isn't connecting to my phone and the passenger door doesn't lock electronically. the car used to work perfect before the shop fixed it for me. some people say I have bad module and I don't know what to do. Please Help

First things first, learn how to make a coherent sentence.
Why did you send it off to be fixed? What was broken.

First things first... why did he buy a salvage/wrecked car from copart with the expectation that things would be fine?

There's a lot missing here, but probably nothing we can help with until he can fix the can bus (code pulling) problems. That might inherently be the problem.

I'd bet a buck that this is a water soaked car from the south, but what do I know about this?

It was in an accident. The rear bumper, quarter panel, and the tail lights needed to be replaced. That's why I sent the car to the shop

I thought that I would save money if I buy it from copart

My advice is get it scanned with a real tool (like ISTA that BMW uses). That would get you info on all the modules which should show you one that is throwing errors or is non-responsive.

Search for ISTA (there is tons of links in the coding forum). You can do this for free / almost free.

I'm wondering if the rear electronics module was damaged in the accident, and if it was replaced, I'm wondering if they used an aftermarket unit. I would guess that this is probably the culprit, but the best way to know for sure is with a scanner like the Schwaben/Foxwell code scanner or something similar that would let you test the functions of that module, including activating the rear lights.

No the car had no problems it was all cosmetic damage and it ran and drove. The guy that replaced the fuse box said the shop didn't charge the car correctly and that happened.
