what suspension is everyone running? Should i buy the BC's!?
Sorry if this subject has been beaten to death.
I recently had h and r springs installed on my car and it was the worst decision i've made while owning this car. There are so many potholes where i live and when i hit a bump it is the worst feeling in the world. I need to get out of these springs asap. Anyone have recommendations on springs? Will ride quality be better with BC's? I know i can spend more to get a better setup but kinda want to see how the BC's are holding up for everyone here. Thanks in advance. |

Koni SA or Yellow dampers with Eibach springs or
KW V1 coilovers actually you've probably just blown the stock dampers with lowering springs so just replace them with dampers meant for lowering springs. |

Finaly I got to ride experience on this famous BC coilovers... and I totally say NO to BC coilovers.
1. I would go with KW if you got the budget. 2. Koni SA and eibach or swift But could be just a blown shocks from riding low on H&R. |

I’d recommend bilstein pss10 assuming u have a xdrive non edc.
I’m on dinans with shockwave. Would’ve gone the bilstein route if I didn’t have edc Ohlins r&t if I had rwd non edc

I finally got KW V1, been running them for about 3 weeks now. Ride is as comfortable as it was on stock springs, probably a bit better on bumps. I think I might have liked linear springs more, KW setup is a bit softer initially and then it stiffens up (progressive springs). |

Too stiff... then if we adjust the dampeners to lower setting it bottom out, this on a 1" lowered (from m-sport) F30. So, it's either stiff or bottomed out the bump stop.
Compared to KW v1, the KW is more comfy. I'm changing suspension soon so I tried to get some seat time from local owners or friends that have lowered there F3x. |
