Drive train malfunction
Did I break the ecu.. this is going to be a long post. Cars flashed by rk tunes but after about a week of driving it I lose so much torque and power after it adapts to my driving style. So I figured I would reflash it I did about a week ago I got the error went through the process again.the code went away all power was back. So once again it happened so I went to repeat the process and now after I flash it the error stays tried putting it back to stock ecu but the tune doesn’t allow you tried changing the flashes from maps nothing. It idling so rough code goes away if I clear it but it’s still idling rough driving rough and still dosent have the power of the first two times I reflashed it. I’m trying to unplug battery now for 30 minutes and going to try to flash it one more time ..but if this doesn’t work I’m assuming I have to contact them?

Any chance this is a spark plug problem?
I had BMW do a spark plug replacement not too long ago and one of the plugs broke within a day of the replacement. The drive train malfunction error came up on the idrive and the idle was rough with very limited power. just a thought as it could be something you're not thinking of.
