fun AHR compatibility/functionality question

Hi all, got a question regarding the AHR set up in a Non-AHR vehicle

I have a 2007 e92. If I understand correctly, these didn't come with AHR which wasnt introduced til 08+?

Anyways, The previous owner of my car swapped seats in, these seats DO have AHR so I'm assuming they came out of a newer e9x. I'm currently looking at a pair of headrests, but these are Non-AHR as they're coming out of a 2007 like my car is

My question, does my computer have the ability to run an AHR set up if the hardware is plugged in? Basically, if i were to swap in these non-active ones, will my SRS error trigger? Or can I swap these in without issue

I don't know 100%, but I believe you would just need to code in the AHR using protool, or ista/inpa .
