Help, I have an auction 2009 e92 335i and it won't start

I have no idea what the issue could be, when I got it there appeared to be no mechanical damage from the crash only cosmetic such the fender and bumper. The airbags did deploy and it was missing the key, I got the key replaced by bmw and had a new battery sitting in the car for a few weeks before changing the bst cable, I used a cheap ebay one, but still no start. The starter makes a few clicks and than silent, no cranking or anything, I just got the battery replaced after having it tested and finding it was bad. If that's not the issue what else could it be?

With someone trying to start car, check for 12v at the starter itself.

The starter would make no noise with a bad BST.
I vote for a bad starter.
Hit the starter from the top and see if it clicks a few more times.
