Bootmod3 stage 2 question

Hello I own a 328i 2.0l turbo 2012 currently running at stage 1 93 octane, however I was wondering can I try and push for a stage 2 if I don't have the aftermarket down pipe but I do have an after market intercooler.

down pipe recommended.

you can go do stage 2, but you're going to need the downpipe one way or another.

i'm looking at catted downpipes now because we have emissions checks in my locality.
i don't need an intercooler because I have the b46, but I really want to go to stage 2. I'm going to wait till I get the catted downpipe.

I know we have the 4 cyl but I'm trying to find someone that's done it.

I was running stage 1 with an intercooler for a while. Wait until you get the downpipe for stage 2. The gains are nice.

Its not recommended to run stage 2 without downpipes

You can run it without downpipes without issue however with the burbles and things you run at rock of ruining your stock piping (cat converter in downpipe). Have been running it without an intercooler for around 2-3 weeks with burbles turned off 100% since I don't have the downpipe just yet. But only 91 stage 2. After 2 pulls in Florida heat (at night) the car pulls timing as it's starting to get warm here. Intercooler is on order and downpipe is in the mail. Normally drive around like a grandma during the day and over 50 mph I'll be in eco mode so it doesn't affect anything anyways.

It won't hurt to have fun with it but you'll be missing out on 25-30 whp time after time, just a heads up.

I have a 335i
No tune at all. But I do have ER TIC, CP, and FMIC. Shit even a aFe CAI.

Missing a few more bolt ons, but I’m reluctant on going Stage 1 BM3. But I know going Stage 2 is not as fun without a DP.

I only want to skip Stage 1 altogether and go to stage 2. But ER Catted DP is nearly 900$.
