Timing/fuel issue?

Cars been acting fairly strange, feels sluggish and sounds like slight misfires at idle(after driving a bit when coming to a stop sets idle to 750rpm until car is turned off and restarted) even though nothing comes up when scanning codes, no shadow codes for anything going on. I've taken plugs out cleaned them and put them back in(Running eom 3 prong bosch plugs and replaced coils when I replaced sparkplugs at the time) werent even that bad, didn't smell fuel on any plugs. I'm fairly new to the data log readings and trying to find out what isn't how it should be for n54s (first n54 car). Because I noticed through out the log that my timings being pulled on several cylinders consistently.

2009 335i
MHD Stage 2+ 93 oct
7" fmic
Catless dp's
vrsf chargepipe/tial bov
BMS OCC off pcv
Secondary cats have been removed and vrsf muffler delete kit installed as well.

Was walnut blasted about 15k miles ago.

data log: https://datazap.me/u/smokey335/test-...=0&data=3-4-14

I'm hoping someone will see this and give me some insight and possibly peace of mind on whats going on here. Because im fairly ignorant when it comes to n54 and willing to learn anything I can from this. Joined this forum to see what help and information I could get.

1) Update from v8 MHD tune to v9 - v8 had issues for many people.
2) You don't have enough octane - add 2 gal E85 per tank or detune to stage 2 or lower.

What is your STFT and LTFT reading? Did you check the plugs before running the car? The injectors leak overnight and burn the fuel off when started.
Does the car have a long crank time when cold? The ECU will adjust the fuel trim to compensate for the extra fuel this causes poor running

Starts completely fine no long cranks, cleaned plugs and checked them before putting them back in, and my stft, ltft are on the datalog.
