What do I do?

Okay so when I was putting my front end back together on my 335i e93 I noticed that where the screw to hold the pump from the plastic part by the radiator to the silver pump (I believe the ATF pump) had broken. This keeps the hose from sealing. Is there anything I can do to fix it ?

I'd look into so kind of plastic weld / epoxy. Should be able to hold that just fine to get the hose angle right.

Will that work since the hose is connected to the radiator ?

That bolt structurally should be fine epoxied/bonded. If at all possible I would try to remove the hose and repair the bolt mounting location. Then let whatever method you use cure and reinstall
