M performance exhaust m340i install

How was your installed?

Shop I went to told me I had to cut because stock exhaust is one piece.

Reinstall oem will need to have pipe added plus weld.

i thought on g20 it's not one piece exhaust anymore, from the picture i saw online, it should be start from downpipe, one piece mid pipe, and the rear muffler section? did the shop look underneath or they just told you without looking the car

This doesn't sound accurate. Heard other guys on here saying it's like a 30 min install time and it's made by BMW to be an easy swap and direct replacement.

Also, you can prob turn in your leased vehicle w the exhaust and not get dinged. That's what my dealer told me anyways.

Should be an easy swap out. It connects at 18/19 to the existing oem piece number 1.
