Changing "welcome home" lights to parking lights only

Hi!

Has anyone found a code for /title?
My goal is to have the "welcome home" lights only activate halo rings+taillights.

Also curious on how to set halo lights truly to 100%?
I've coded them to 100% on both parking and regular lights, but they still get a lot brighter when in '0'/off mode.

You mean "welcome lights" or "follow me home lights" ?

For the follow me home lights changing (lci led)

FLE 3004
FMH_Idx 0A,0A,0A,03....... => 03,03,03,03........

will turn off the dipped beams
