light bulb out in headlight

Hi, small problem. This light bulb is out (as shown on pic with red arrow).

1. Easy DIY or not? (links would be welcome!)
2. Any light bulbs that are recommended to replace OEM one?
3. car is just more then 2 years old - isn't this a bit too soon for lights starting to go out?

Appreciate your help!

OP u can turn your steering wheel all the way to the right and youlll be able to see a panel in the wheel well right behind your headlight that u can take off and youll be able to take off the back of the headlight and swap the bulbs!!

it pretty easy!!

went with philips vision plus H7. great bulbs, very good light, much better then OEM.
