Waste Gate Leak?

So I've been noticing what seems like too much diesel smell inside my cabin after my deletes. Ive had an a6 tdi deleted before and the smell was nothing like this is. So i took some bubble tester and started spraying my exhaust components thinking maybe my v band clamp was leaking but i noticed a leak coming out of the port where the vacuum actuator engages the waste gate. It wasn't major but definitely leaks out. Thoughts? Maybe some blow by is normal?

Thanks

BMW says it’s normal. But it’s not. Worn bushing inside. Expensive fix. And btw, it’s not a wastegate.

Thats not the waste gate? Dangit, thought i finally had these turbo systems figured out. What is it then? Glad to hear BMW says it's normal, gives me a slight reassurance.

Turbo switchover valve. Switches exhaust flow from small turbo to the large turbo. Wastegate in only on a large turbo.
