And Psystar gets even more pathetic. They just released their reason why they are countersuing Apple. Gotta love the reason on page 39,

Does that mean BMW is a monopoly due to the fans here paying more for a BMW over a cheaper Infiniti, Lexus, Cadillac, etc?
