I don't wake up in the morning... technically I start my day with lunch...

i eat asap when i wake up and then every 2 hours when im working, training, working out and relaxing. lol im trying to follow the Phelps diet! lol minus 6k cals

^not really hard to find stuff that's good for you, just go eat cereal! there are tons of healthy cereals......

just hard for me to remember to eat it, or rather have the time to eat it!

i used to never have breakfast unless it's on weekend with my family. now im regular every day.

breakfast is very good meal
