Can anyone help with code P12A5? Insights please

I've had my 328i for over a year now with no issues year and a half to be precise and bought the car with 60k miles now at 90k only mod ive done is the bms stage 1 which gave me no issues for 8 months.

I've found a thread where someone grounded the bms and another regarding the MAP sensor . Im aiming more its a MAP sensor issue? But if anyone has had this issue if u can help with some insights? So the P12A5 is the absolute pressure sensor or manifold absolute pressure sensor to be exact its what my obd2 scanner says. I say that its marked as permanent/stored on the 40 dollar scanner i happened to have bought ill be taking in for a diagnostics at this good rep indie shop tomorrow but figured i asked some of you guys here if you have some info on this issue?
