Factory Boost Sensor

So it seems the factory sensor maxes out at 48.58 PSI (look at this log

Are there any plug and play sensors that will read beyond this limit?

Thanks

I'd like to see you make 48.5psi. I mean I'd like to see the YouTube video where it lifts the head on the Dyno.

Your logs are odd, requesting 36 psi but getting 48? What are you messing around with? Be careful.

Actually the car makes 60 psi on current tune.

I purchased the white m sport from Jerry Adkins - the one originally from DieselOpa with the custom Comp Turbo setup on it

Has valve springs, and ARP head studs. Holds the boost fine - was at 68 actually. Still working on the tune with Malone currently.

If you are fooling the tune as your logs show, maybe it's better to just run a mechanical boost valve on the tdi we used a Dawes device, boost valve with the breather sealed shut to work on vac system... It opens and kills the vac, which opens the vac actuated vanes/wg up.

But then with 2 stages it would be hard to figure what to do with the small turbo. I suppose using 2 boost valves, one for each turbo would work.

The first goal is just to get all the logging in one place. Protool works fantastic, the MAF has been deleted as it’s out of range. We have a 5 bar map and manifold EGT logging from the edge 2

Oh that’s cool. You are the buyer. I thought that car was well sorted out. The log does look unusual.

Why not just delete the vac stuff (except motor mounts)?
