How to protect a new car

I am waiting for my alpine white 330i with cognac leather to get finished and was wondering you all have done to protect your new car?

I plan on doing a good hand wash and light polish and then do ceramic coating myself.

What do you guys do for the interior? Do you leave the leather alone? or have you tried one of those leather protection products? I have no idea of they work or not.

Or is it best just to clean and condition the leather on a regular basis?

I want to be proactive about keeping it looking pristine!

Garage List
A good ceramic leather product, such as CarPro CQuartz leather. Like the paint seats have to be ultra clean first
