Dealer tried to charge 3 hours to install M Pro Carbon Spoiler

Installation guide clearly states .75/1.0.

Unreal.

What have others been charged?

With the epoxy it requires, I opted to not do it. previously did all mine as it was just a 3M strip.

i had the m performance carbon small one installed at local dealer.....it turned into a nightmare.

car had to be sent to their in house bodyshop as they didn't have the right "tools" without scratching the car.

that seems about right if they had to work on the painted surface after removal of betalinked oem spoiler.

2 hours. Removal of stock and install new. 200 bucks. Not worth my time. Looks perfect.

My stock one is coming off a bit on one side. I have to press it back down on hot days. LOL.

That's the kind of job for a custom shop kind of guy. I have a friend who has an amazing custom shop. I am going to run by to get him to look at the wing for a possible remount. Or just leave it as is.

Don't agree, they had to put windshield wiper glue on mine cause 3m kept falling apart. Guess 3m can't handle 125+mph lol

I replaced the stock spoiler myself. I used 3M urethane windshield adhesive, and the M Performance spoiler won't budge. Not that I ever plan to, but I doubt getting this one off would be as easy as it was to remove the OEM spoiler!
