Question before ordrering

I'm about the order a '20 M50i

Does anyone know if ordering (IND) Black Full Merino Leather includes the 4M Leather Dash or would I need to add this as well.

Can someone tell me the main diff btw the Extended black merino and full?

Also will ordering the IND Full Leather delete/replace the M50i door sills? I saw an X7 with IND White/night blue Full leather and it had the rather boring looking BMW Individual door sills.

Well I didn't read the ordering and pricing guide close enought...the Leather dash 4MP is included in Full leather
