My passenger side view mirror has this foggy/hazy mark on it. Won’t come off. Any idea what this would cost to fix? I read it could be a leak inside/back of the mirror. Thanks.

In my experience because the mirrors are heated overtime they develop that haze I think you’re talking about. Water seeps in and messes with the underside of the mirror.

As for fixing it the replacement glass is about $20, it’s a relatively simple fix. I’d just do both while you’re at it, makes them look brand new. Amazon it and you’ll find your model. If you need instructions with the replacement I’m sure there are several DIY’s.

While this has happened to my E46 I’m basing most of that off of the dozens of cars that would come in for details with the same problem. Unfortunately there’s something about those heated mirrors.

It can be as Tyler mentions that the glass is delaminating or if yours are auto-dimming, the fluid is likely leaking and causing the hazing.
