I know I don't have a practically fast car, but my buddy just got handed down a 1992 V8 Camaro RS, I have a 2008 328xi. My car has 230HP with 200 Torque and Weighs about 3,500. His car has 170HP with 255 torque and weighs about 3000. So who wins a 60 roll?

If you have to ask...armchair racing is pointless. Just get out and do a pull and post the results. There are way to many factors that come into play in the real world that can't be accounted for.
Don't do a 60 roll. Do it from a stop so your AWD is worth something and not just useless weight. Generally people like 60 rolls because they are not traction dependent. Mostly that means it is for cars with much higher HP than those two. By all means go for it but I would vote for a 0-120 race. Should be a lot more telling and you know he is just going to mash it and spin off the line while your AWD hooks and you take off. There is a reason you have AWD and it is not for 60 rolls. edit: Also, put some money on the race and make it interesting.

Neither of these cars require a 60 roll, a dig, 10 or 20 roll would be more than sufficient. Just run it.
If its anywhere close I think its mostly your fault.

When we are taking off at 60, should I just slam my foot on the gas? When I do that the acceleration is slightly delayed, or should I just sorta ease into it

My first car was a 3rd gen Camaro... Absolute turd. I remember getting blown away by minivans. Lol.. 60 roll for cars likely putting down 140hp and 190hp at the wheels.
