Issue with BMW Connected drive portal

Everyone, want to see anyone have same issue I having.

I got my M40i for a month now.
Login to BMW Connected drive, and all I got is a error message tell me "Your vehicle data could not be loaded" . I click on load data and nothing happen

See screenshot

I sent email, no response. I start call in every 3-4 days about 3 weeks ago.

1st call: They told me should be all fix in 2-3 days.

2nd call: They told me their system is down today, she can't look up my account and ask me call back tomorrow.

3rd Call: They ask me to un-install the app from my phone and reinstall it, and I repeatedly telling her is NOT the app on my phone, it is the web portal.

4th Call : They told me she have no idea and she can't help me. Ask me to book an appointment with my dealer to look into it.

I told her, how would the dealer solve a problem on my BMW connect online portal?? I make it very clear, it is not an issue on the car. Not an issue on phone app. it is issue on BMW Connected Drive web portal. She still insist I go back to book a service appointment with the dealer.

5th Call: She tell me she have no idea and won't be able to help me.

What the hack?? This is the kind of service we get from BMW?

Wait till you call the number on the Canadian site and the operator who answers the phone tells you they are a US operator and can't help Canadian customers. Other than RTTI we've pretty much given up on the "connected" services and won't be renewing them on any of our cars.

Look like you get in Canada the same service than in Spain. They are totally useless !

I am calling the Canadian site, I am in Canada.

I had a sting of these or similar issues, including worthless, almost insultingly bad customer service, for more than three months. Now, as far as I can tell, it's working for me except of lack of any ability to save a driver profile online or any help with that problem.

I can only speak for the Canadian experience and it has not been impressive, "almost insultingly bad customer service" sounds like it captures the gist of it.

I've similarly extremely bad website and customer relations with the German car rental company Sixt. Maybe their system is just as bad for Germans in Germany or maybe they just don't care about American customers. One would think BMW would care about the American market. Surely they can't just be that incompetent can they?

Exactly how I feel.
They give me feeling of: It is not working, but we don't care!
