How to you guys interpret this statement???

Vacuum leak in crankshaft????

Vacuum leak in the crankcase, more than likely something to do with either the PCV valve or the PCV hose which runs under the intake manifold.

Vacuum leak at crankshaft seal? A faulty PCV/CCV could pull too much vacuum and suck air in through the crankshaft seal.
