Trying to figure out which spark plugs to use

I was looking into the spark plug I could put into my 2009 328i and was wondering on what everyone else uses. Generally I'm looking for something more towards the performance side but really any advice would help, thanks!

I Always go OEM. But that’s just me. I also prefer my vehicle stock.

FCPeuro has a number of choices.
It usually comes down to NGK or Bosch.
Most of the threads seem to suggest that NGK is better.
I used the NGK iridium.
Car runs a little smoother but that could just be because
the spark plugs had 75k on them.
The bosch double platinum's can be had for around 7 to 8 bucks
on line the iridium's where around 12 to 13.

OEM is either Bosch (mostly for turbo engines?) and NGK for naturally aspirated. In my case the engine came with NGK plugs, and I put new NGKs back in. NGK is said to be the better plug. I got mine from rockauto.
