Tyre Query

I need a new tyre after only 3K miles so not happy but slightly confused when looking on Camskills website - any help appreciated.

- Bridgestone soo1 Potenza 255 35 19 however they list 2 refs

1. 96Y XL (MOE-CZ) EXT TL

2. 96Y XL (*)RFL FR TL

Can I fit either - what the difference apart from 1st one being £20 cheaper.

Anyone know who is cheapest for standard run flats at present

The * version is the BMW one, MOE is Mercedes fitment.
