Chassis is Faulty - NCS Expert

Hello E90 family,

I am having issues with my NCS Expert ( 4.1.0 ). I have KDCAN cable and all apps installed on my virtual Windows 7 OS.

After I plug-in my KDCAN cable to my car, I see that INPA recognizes it as well as ISTA+. So I am fully able to use both programs.

However, after I start NCS expert and clicking chassis it says chassis is faulty. ( It does not even show E89, directly tells me there is an error. ) I used DATEN v63,65 using BMW Coding Tool however I couldn't get it working.

Any idea much appreciated.

Thanks for reply. I just tried different versions to see if I will get it working. I will download one copy from bimmergeeks as well. I saw they have v60.1. Do I have to download BASE.rar as well or only E89 will do the job ?
