Do all M Sports have adaptive suspension

I have a 2015 335 M Sport Xdrive and I'm wanting to lower it some, but it then begs the question if my car (or all m sports) have the adaptive suspension feature and how you would know... and if you can still lower it anyway?

Go to a BMW VIN decoder, enter in your VIN per the instructions (last 7 chars for the one I linked), and see if option "2VF" appears for your car. If it does, then you have the adaptive M suspension.

I'll have to try that tomorrow when I'm in front of a computer... it will not work on my phone.

Thank you!

if there is a big difference in stiffness between Comfort and Sport you likely have it but the VIN will tell.

you can install lowering springs and shocks. Electronic shocks if you have Adaptive. You can code out Adaptive and go with static shocks and springs; or coilovers. Lots of options.

You can try https://decoder.bvzine.com/ if you're still looking into this.

You can jack up the car and look at the shock. If there is a wire/connector on the side of the shock body, then you have adaptive suspension. You can also tell if the car gets stiffer when moving to sport mode. But my Msport did not come with it, so no not all have it.
