I'm looking at a 2013 E93 M-Sport with 50K for $17.9K. (I've "coded" my '07 328xi & '11 335i xDrive Win10 Pro).
Normally, I use INPA to pull up error codes to get a better price when haggling wither the salesperson. I realize that ISTA/D is much easier to understand. Yet, showing the salesperson a bunch of hex codes that they don't understand works for me?

Yep, it will work with one exception. The DME is encrypted, so it can't be flashed without a bench unlock. You can definitely use ISTA to read codes from it, but INPA might not connect to it. I've seen an option in INPA (BG standard tools install) for the MEVD1726 (late E-series DME), though I haven't tested it. But that's a separate issue, the cable will work just fine.
