Just looking to get a sunshade and was wondering which was better. The OEm sunshade or this one

I recently purchased the Covercraft UVS100 Heat Shield and I love it.
Covercraft is widely known for manufacturing some of the best sunshades and car covers (that's the next purchase). My E46 OEM one was a piece of shit. I'm currently happy with Covercraft.

I have the OEM one and like it fine. I much prefer the fold up type compared to the roll up type. The roll ups just seem a bit sloppy laying in you back seat IMO.
