I recently purchased the Covercraft UVS100 Heat Shield and I love it.

Covercraft is widely known for manufacturing some of the best sunshades and car covers (that's the next purchase).

Here is the link to the sunshade...

http://www.covercraft.com/windshield_heat_shield.htm

Purchase was made from www.coversforyou.com

I chose the BMW 335i as criteria for selection.

Price = $43.31

My E46 OEM one was a piece of shit. I'm currently happy with Covercraft.

I have the OEM one and like it fine. I much prefer the fold up type compared to the roll up type. The roll ups just seem a bit sloppy laying in you back seat IMO.
