Damn. I sometimes wonder if this happens, particularly if I'm parking in a sketchy area. Hope the actual paint isn't too damaged.

I suggest to explore www.dashcamtalk.com first to learn about all the options.

My personal choice is BlackVue DR750S-2CH with front and rear cameras plus Cellink NEO dedicated battery for parking. The car battery is unaffected and will not be drained.

He probably did not l add the spoiler to his insurance. And has a $500 deductible which is the most common or maybe he has $1000 deductible. Spoiler cost $200 the most.

Yes, but repairing the damage and refitting a new spoiler will cost some $$. May not be worth it to put in a claim. Really ridiculous that somebody would do that.

Happened to my car about 9 years ago. Some bloke called Oliver western decided to try steal the spoiler off the back of my car by just pulling it. Unfortunately it was bolted to the boot so it just snapped.
Spoiler was covered in prints but when brought in for questioning he said he didn’t do it so no charges were brought.

Thanks to the wonders of Facebook I know who the bloke is and he’s your stereotypical fat opinionated low life with a low IG

Jesus, looks a proper mess, wonder if the spoiler is even usable now. Things like this really annoy me, does somebody out there really want a spoiler so much that they are prepared to damage somebody else’s car in the process, these people are scum.
