[Request] Walnut Blasting around Chicago?

Ive searched some threads around but were from 3+ years ago...

anyone have any recent recommendations of walnut blasting around chicago??

My f30 n55 is at 60k miles and runs extremely sluggish in daily driving but pulls fine at upper rpm... thinking carbon maybe the issue
