Ordering M2C in GTA (Toronto), Good dealers / discounts out there?

Hi Everyone, I'm pretty excited to be finally ordering my M2 Comp so that it arrives in time for spring!!

I was wondering if there are any good dealers or SA's out there that are enthusiasts and have experience with ordering M Performance Parts either installed at the dealer or at port?

Also has anyone had luck getting discounts when ordering an M2 comp? I've been able to get some off the MSRP but wondering what everyone else has been seeing.

Cheers!
Jason

New market actually have one for sale last time i visited. It was LBB. SA did specifically say no discounts on M2C but MSRP.

Instead of ordering, you might want to go visit and see one for yourself.

It is not selling like a hotcake really.

Jason, I just placed an order for a M2C, and for Euro Delivery as well. Got a very good price. I can't say what, but it certainly wasn't anywhere near MSRP. PM me and I can pass you along to my sales rep.

I've seen that one, its beautiful! Ya they arent selling that well right now, probably bc of the weather with winter coming. I know there are 3-4 available in the GTA just sitting on the lot.

if you are a member of a BMW Club you can get 2% off from BMW Canada on top of what you are able to negotiate on any vehicle

I'm a member of the Trillium Chapter. Last time I checked the M2 was excluded from this offer.

Trillium Chapter still says the discount doesn't apply to regular M2s but that might also be because they're a bit different than most of the other BMW Club Canada chapters (since they're a BMWCCA chapter rather than BMWCC chapter).

On the BMW Club Canada website it says M2s qualify but M2Cs do not: http://bmwclub.ca/benefits/discount/

Exactly. Trillium chapter President confirmed today M2C still does not qualify so I'm out of luck. Back to negotiating best discount off MSRP!

BMW Canada is offering delivery credit of $1,000 on the M2C if you're OK picking one off the showroom floor.

I got a $1000 loyalty credit and a $2000 Company car allowance on my M2C when I got it at the end of August.

???

It's the job of a consumer to get the best discount available.

The future resale value is set based on market conditions regardless of what you paid for the car.

Even the Porsche owners paying ADM on GT3s. You think a recession or 992 market is going to care if you paid 200 or 230k for the GT3?

This is just about the dumbest thing I have read on here in a while. So I'm not an "enthusiast" unless I am ignorant to how a free market economy works?? You must be a salesman. Or a communist.

I guess I am not a true BMW enthusiast then because in the last 16 years our household has had 8 new BMW’s including 5 M’s that we have never paid list for.I have always been able to get good money in resale for all these discounted vehicles.lol

Lmao! 2 things.

First, they're being discounted. I was offered 3k off at a dealer in the GTA and 2k off from a another dealership but I see you work at Pfaff which in my experience is a clown show for both car prices/trade in values etc.

Lastly there is no correlation between getting a discount and future value. Just look at the 2018's for sale that are 6-8 months old. They're being sold for almost $35k off yet many paid a premium in 16/17 so your logic makes no sense.

I'm not even going to address the "enthusiast" comment but I will dabble a bit.... Curious, do you own or have you ever owned an M car or trolling for business?

How does 7% discounts hurt the re-sale in the long run?
