REGRET - What mods have you regreted/changed and why?
Copied it straight out of a 350z forum and I found the thread to be VERY informative. Please be detailed!
 Regret - GP Thunder 8500k. I put it on and took it out the same day. Sadly, the oem angels are much brighter then these and the oem color goes great with the HID. The 8500k makes the headlight look blurry at night, not disctinctive like OEM. During the day it's hard to notice unless you are at the right angle. Love - 19" LE37t 275rear. A mod a see everyday and drool over. They are lighter then OEM by over 10lbs per a wheel, but I didn't notice that too much. The rear is so flush, but rubs sometimes (not rolled yet :/). Lost a center cap (make sure you replace the o-ring with a bigger one!) but I had two spares  . Traction was definitely improved but still lacking. |

First set of wheels. At the last minute I switched to 18's from 19's. I now have Forgeline MD3P's in 19" on order. Of course that means that I have to buy a new set of tires too.

buying anything from Duke Dynamics. They sent me the incorrect rear bumper and damaged front bumper and side skirts and I basically lost $1500.

Regret: Actually putting money into the Bavdom intake/exhaust combo. CURSE BAVDOM!!! Also regret, cheap sideskirts which eventually started falling off and I immediately removed.

regret: those dumb vinyl overlays for your roundels.. first got mine from bavauto (I was a noob) and they didn't fit, and didn't allow a refund, so I got my next set from bimmian, but I should've realized earlier that the overlays would just peel off after 4 car washes anyway...
