When selling E90 DME, what other parts should be sold with it?

I picked up a 2011 E90 N51 parts car for the interior/dash/wiring and CIC/combox. I am now selling the rest of the electronics. What is paired to DME that makes sense to sell together with the DME?

So far I am including the DME, CAS, BCM, 2 keys, key slot, speedometer/tach cluster, door and glovebox lock. LCI does not have trunk lock. Am I missing anything? And should I include FRM?

Also, I assume N51 can't be re-programmed to be used on N52? Just curious. Thanks

What you have sounds good.

No, you can't flash an N51 to an N52. the boot code is different.

there are many Ifs
If they plan to do it properly they need DME only, which will be matched to CAS
If they buy set of DME+CAS+Key(s) then CAS VIN number and mileage needs to be changed to match the CAR, and it can not be done with standard tools. Otherwise car will start but there will be bunch of lights wrong milage and etc.

Good info. Another project I have is to replace the my 06 325i DME with an 06 330i one. 330i DME are getting cheap and I just got a free 330 intake. My question is, if I change the VIN will that break the 330i code as the vin is 325? And what would be the best way to learn how to do this.

You dont need to do all of that. Just do the bimmerlabs 330i flash - it works on your 325i DME. It will be like your 325i was a 330i from the factory.
