Is this a decent deal for a e92 335i??

Hey guys, I am new here but i am about to pick up a new e93 335i. Do you guys think that this is a decent deal?
This is April rates by the way. I ordered at the end of April. I dont really need the car so i can always just walk but here it is.

MSRP 48100
Negotiated price including MACO/Traing fee: 45960
Invoice: 44398
Miles: 10K
Months: 36
sales tax is 5.6%
Monthly: 657.44 including sales tax
residual: 62%
Money Factor: 0.0023

Due at signing is 2376.36. (includes Deposit 700, 1st month 657.44, Bank Fee 695, Taxes on bank fee 38.92, and Tags/registration 285)

One more question, if i lease the car out of state (PA), do I have to pay all registration fees for the during of the lease? I am in Wisconsin by the way. I am going to swing by PA and want to drive the car back. Any inputs are appreciated.

I don't have experience with the lease numbers to comment, (excpet that I do know that this is an are that greedy dealers really like to use to hide their number games by inflating factors and such). But $500-1000 over invoice, and only paying MACO and Destination and Doc fees (and not others) is a good deal, and that seems to be what you have.

Take a few minutes in Excel and work it out to the penny. I did and feel very good about the deal I made.
