Navigation, Satellite Radio, Bluetooth And Clock All Gone...poof!

Long story short...Car was absolutely perfect. Parked my 2017 340 GT for 7 days at home while on vacation. Car was locked, no kids nothing tampered with. Got in the car and the Navigation system read that is was starting...That never went away...No Satellite radio, no bluetooth and no clock. Called 2 local dealers and asked if they ever heard of this happening? Nope... So in the shop she goes...Tried disconnecting battery and doing the radio power button hold down to reset nav...nothing. Anyone experience something like this? Any help would be appreciated and I will post what the outcome is after service....Thanks!

Needed an entire new Head Unit and they have no idea why...Said it happens sometimes during an over the air update and just freezes up...Pretty sad for a $65,000.00 car that has 8200 miles on it and treated like a baby LOL!

I wouldn’t worry to much. If it happens again then I would be concerned.
