2013 BMW X3 upgrade to later model headlights and front bumper

Hello,

I have a 2013 BMW X3 m sport that I am currently upgrading. I have wired the newer xenon headlights from the 2015 - 2017 model onto my car and have fitted the front bumper, however; all the lights work when the car is switched to accessories but switch off when I start it.

Is the computer reading it and shutting it down? I need to know!

Has anyone done an upgrade like this?

Is it possible?

Any ideas?
