Coding app question

I do want to code some changes to my '18 X3. Unfortunately I do not have easy access to a Windows laptop that I can rely on in case I needed to make tweaks, etc. otherwise I'd go that route and reach out to Amaretto.

Bimmercode and Carly do not have things like ASS, cruise distance default, etc yet, basically anything hardcore from the ECU is still being developed. And understandably, neither could promise any sort of ETA on that.

Can anyone point me to an option of how I could have someone do this locally that I'd pay? Someone within an hour or so of Wash DC?

Any advice would be appreciated!

I think I saw something somewhere saying that you can run esys on a Mac now.

I would contact Almaretto anyway, there are a couple of different ways he can code your vehicle remotely. Let him know which laptop(s)/OS(s) you have available and see what he can do, he seems to have workarounds for almost every eventuality.

I'm coding with e-sys on Windows 10, inside a Virtualbox machine on Mac OSX.
You could give it a try...

See my response to your question in your post about your new vehicle. Short answer is look up magnuson-moss warranty act.
