God damn TP Traffic Info Bulletin VOLUME

Ok,

Proper annoyed by the high volume on the TP Radio Bulletins.

I want to keep the 15-minutes traffic bulletins (my region), but the volume is like 90% higher than what you are listening to.

How the **** do you set the volume level to stay as you set it?
Even if I lower it, the next update is full blast again and any passengers end up soiling their pants...

Is this yet another BMW oversight in the G01

...and yes I have tried lowering the volume it when the bulletin, but where do you set the volume to stay as YOU set it?

BMW are completely *******, didn't any Muppet from BMW not try driving the vehicle with the Traffic Bulletin set to on???? Either they are deaf or just don't have the common sense to test something as obvious as this.

How much effort would have taken for them to allow customers to set the level of the volume for this function?

Utterly useless BMW, is there a contact number/email for the muppet who runs BMW, I want to give him a piece of my mind...

BMW... The ultimate cost-cutting manufacturer.

P.S. Is there a secret service menu which we can get into to adjust this POS setting?

P.S.S Rang BMW Uk Customer Services and the muppets are just as clueless, passed from customer rep to customer rep, each one saying we will pass you to a team that will know.
BMW really should be named and shamed in public on this matter
